Condition and Reservation Information:

Only two adults are allowed to stay in Cottage Villas and Honeymoon Villas.
An extra person is charged at 800 Baht per night included ABF for White Sand Villas.
An extra person is charged at 1,000 Baht per night included ABF for Ma-Kam Beach Villa, Chum-Poo Villa, Owner 's Villa , White Sand Sala Villa.
An extra person is charged at 1,200 Baht per night included ABF for Pool Villas including 260°degree, Koi Pool Villa, Jig Lae Pool Villa.
Check-in time: 12:00 AM. / Check-out time: 11.00 AM.

Child policy

Baby cot for child under 2 years is free of charge.
Children less than 10 years old stay free of charge on the Sofa bed when staying in villa only sharing with their parents.(ABF for child 150 baht per meal)*
10 year or above. There will be additional charge at an extra person.

Guaranteed Reservations:

In high season, to guarantee a reservation requires a full pre-payment of intire stay before guest check in. otherwise the reservation will be automatically cancelled 20 days prior to arrival date.
Other Periods, all reservations must be guaranteed with deposit or bank transfer equal to one night accommodation. Failure to do so will result in the automatic release of the reservation.

Cancellations:
All cancellations must be received by the resort in writing and will be subject to cancellation fees based on the date of receipt of the email or fax.

In high season, No charges will apply for booking cancelled 20 days or more prior the arrival date if a written cancellation notice is received by that time.
If a written cancellation notice is received 20 days or less a 100% cancellation charge equal to the entire stay will apply.
In the event of “No Shows” and stays that are cut short, a 100% cancellation charge will apply.
Other Periods, No charges will apply for booking cancelled 10 days or more prior the arrival date if a written cancellation notice is received by that time.
If a written cancellation notice is received within 10 days or less, a 50% cancellation charge will apply.
In the event of a "No Show", a 100% cancellation charge will apply.
**Refunds will only be made to the same method as used for the reservation guarantee. In case of using credit card payment, bank charge will be apply .**

Koh Tao Cabana provides a safe deposit box in every villa. We strongly advise you to secure your passport, cash, or valuable belongings for your protection and convenience. Management will not be held responsible for any loss or damage of personal belongings.
